How soon will my order be processed?
Your order will ship within approximately 3 business days of receiving your information.
How much is shipping?
We offer shipping via UPS Ground and UPS 2ND Day Ground. The shipping fee is based on the weight of your order and distance to destination, and will be shown during checkout.
Do you charge sales tax?
A 6% sales tax will be assessed on orders billed to Idaho accounts.
Do you accept returns?
All returns of online sales items must be shipped to us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with original tags attached. If the return is due to an error on our part or the product is defective, we will issue a refund for the cost of the merchandise, as well as the shipping charges. Please email us at info@precisionmountainwear.com to obtain a return authorization number when you are ready to return the item. All items purchased through our website must be returned through the website. Returns for items not purchased through our website must be returned to the store where it was purchased.
